About the Massage
According to Eastern views, the energy of life is absorbed with the air we breathe and with the food we eat. Along a network of energy lines, the human being is then supplied with this vital energy. The energy lines are invisible and form a subtle “energy body” in addition to the physical body. When the flow of energy becomes blocked, you become more prone to suffer from illness and mental fatigue. The healing sessions help to restore the energy flow and bring balance to your body, mind, and spirit.
Method
The main method Anna uses is Thai Yoga Massage. It is based on the principles of loving kindness and compassion given through the healing power of touch.
Yoga
Anna combines subtle work on the main energy lines with a gentle pressure and assisted progressive stretching. Some people call it “a lazy person’s yoga” or “applied hatha-yoga”.
Health
In addition, she applies other methods and adjustments if needed. After a session, she can give some advice on lifestyle alterations that could make a huge difference to your health on all fronts.

FAQ
Should I prepare somehow for the massage session?
No special preparation is needed. Take loose clothing with you so it is comfortable to lie down (it shouldn’t have rough seams or zippers; the best choice is tracksuit bottoms and a T-shirt). It’s better to avoid having a big meal before the massage, but it’s not a problem anyway — during the first hour, you will lie on your back.
Two hours is too long for me. Can I get a one-hour massage session?

What are the effects of the massage?
The effect is very individual. After the massage, some people feel a burst of energy, while others, on the contrary, have muscular relaxation. It depends on your condition: if the energy was blocked and the blocks are gone — a rush of power, if a lot of fatigue has been accumulated — relaxation. Among the overall effects, we can see improvement in blood and lymph circulation, muscle and mental block removal, and improvement in the functioning of internal organs.
